What are your pricing and payment options? pricing is unique to the individual or business, depends on budget and what is required. I accept most forms of payment including bank transfer & Stripe card payments. 

What is your cancellation or refund policy? 

1. Deposits & Initial Work: A [50%] non-refundable deposit is required before any design or content creation commences. Once work has officially begun following written or verbal confirmation, this deposit will be retained to cover administrative and early-stage development costs.

2. Project Cancellation: The Client may request to cancel the project at any time by giving written notice. Upon cancellation:

The Client will be invoiced for all completed hours and deliverables up to the date of cancellation.

For content work, a [50%] "Kill Fee" applies to any drafted or completed material that the client chooses not to publish 

3. Intellectual Property: In the event of cancellation, all materials, concepts, website drafts, and written content created by the Provider remain the sole intellectual property of the Provider. The Client has no legal right to use, distribute, or replicate any portion of the incomplete work.

I agree to services commencing immediately and acknowledge I lose my right to cancel the 14-day cooling-off period.

Do you offer online or in-person services? I mainly work online but will travel & utilise various contact methods to ensure your dream becomes reality
